With a comprehensive curriculum that covers jump rope, shadow boxing, calisthenics, and heavy bag work, your child will learn the fundamentals of a true boxer’s workout while gaining strength, stamina, agility, and confidence. This class also teaches important life skills such as self-discipline, patience, teamwork, and respect. For those who are more advanced, there is the opportunity to participate in competition. Suitable for ages 8-15, this 60-minute workout is an excellent way to help your child stay active and healthy.
