Service Description

Aloha Strength is designed to improve athletes. The first 45 minutes is focused on calisthenics to increase your strength, balance and coordination. The final 15 minutes is a High Intensity Interval Training workout (HIIT) with the heavy bag to push your conditioning to new levels.
