Elevate your boxing techniques and conditioning with the Aloha Training Camp, a structured 4-week program designed to build fight-ready skills and push your limits. Each 90-minute session includes: • Sparring drills to sharpen timing and defense • Roadwork & conditioning runs to boost endurance • Heavy bag training to develop power and precision • Bazzel’s Strength & Conditioning program to build explosiveness and resilience Led by coaches Michael Bazzel, Arnold Dinong and Bruno Escalante, ATB Camp gives you the perfect balance of technique, fitness, and fighter mindset. When: September 8 – October 4 Where: Aloha Time Boxing San Mateo Duration: 90 minutes per session Gear Required: Boxing gloves (16oz sparring gloves), hand wraps, mouthguard, headgear and running shoes.
